Projects

Eligible Projects include tenant improvements (Restaurant, Retail, Medical, Office), ground up construction & more.

how it works

1. Submit a referral using the form on this page or reach out to our sales team to register your referral. To maintain full transparency, agents must inform their clients that they have been referred and may receive compensation. As part of our due diligence, we will also notify the client in our contract process. Commercial agents must consult their broker partner to confirm that referral compensation aligns with their company’s policies.

2. Our team will reach out to the referred client, assess their needs, and provide a proposal. If a client approves a bid and signs a commercial construction contract with us, you qualify for the referral fee.

3. Referral Fee payments will be issued within 10 days of the clients initial construction payment (typically paid at project commencement).
